As soon as the weather starts to cool down about we are allllll about that crock pot life. Although I am going to miss our BBQ nights it's honestly the best thing to have dinner ready and more time to hang out with the family after everyone gets home from school and work. This is GO TO at our house and even the kids like it! I have no idea why our kids are even picky because I will eat just about anything, okay I know. It's their dad. But really, the whole family loves it and it's just  so simple and easy. This will feed a family of 4 for with leftovers - double up if need be!
I always send it will Dylan to work the next day with some toppings and he loves it.

Ingredients:
1 cooked package ground beef/turkey
1 can rotel
1 can corn
1 can green beans
1 can any kind of beans
1/2 or 1 whole packet taco seasoning( I cut down to lower sodium)
1/2 packet ranch seasoning

Directions: Cook ground meat on a skillet then add to crock pot
Open cans and dump all ingredients into crockpot with water from can. No need to drain.
Add 1/2 packets of seasoning and mix together.
Cook on low for 3-4 hours

Serve: add sour cream, shredded cheese, cilantro and crushed tortilla chips to taste!
